In development — coming soon. We are building an e-motion app. It is not in service yet, and this article promises nothing beyond what we are actually preparing: bringing everything around your transport — the request, the tracking, the conversation — into one place, in your pocket.
The idea doesn't come out of nowhere. Every transport can already be configured online and is followed by a single point of contact from loading to delivery. The app will add what's missing today: your vehicle's position, live, in your pocket.
Order a transport, wherever you are
Describe the vehicle, the departure point and the destination from the app, the way you do today from our online quote. You receive the same firm proposal in less than 24 hours — and confirm it in one gesture, without starting the conversation over.
Your vehicle on a map
During the journey, the app will show your vehicle's position in real time, on a map, from loading to delivery. It is the most direct version of a principle we hold: you know where your car is. Nobody else.
Whether the route crosses three borders or stays in Belgium, the door-to-door journey doesn't change — you will simply watch it live.
A direct line to the team
A question about the pick-up, a time slot to adjust, a document to find: the app will gather your exchanges with us in a single thread, tied to your transport. We are also looking at notifications at key steps and access to the file's documents — condition photos included.
What the app will not change
The app is one more channel, not a replacement. The same crews drive the same trucks, your contact stays reachable, and the phone keeps answering on +32 2 347 40 30. If you never install it, nothing essential will be missing.
