Why an event is not a one-way trip

A roadshow running city to city, a stand to build inside an imposed window, a shoot that cannot be rescheduled, a historic rally, a press launch: in events, distance is not the hard part. Time is.

An ordinary transport goes from one point to another. An event is made of departures, repositionings and returns that follow one another — and each one depends on the last. We don't deliver a vehicle: we hold a schedule.

Access windows are set by the organiser, not by us: a build-up happens inside the slot you are given, and so does a breakdown. That is prepared beforehand, not on the day.

And because an event moves, someone stays reachable throughout — the same person, from the first collection to the last return.

A fleet we own. The trucks are ours: when a slot moves, we replan them without waiting for anyone. It is the only reason a schedule holds.

Enclosed or open, depending on the vehicle. Enclosed for a prototype under embargo or a collector car; open bed for a promotional fleet on a direct run.

From one vehicle to eight per convoy. A single car for a press launch, or a whole promotional fleet: capacity follows the format of the event.

The schedule, first

You give us the dates, the addresses, the windows imposed by the organiser and the access constraints. We frame the moves — collections, repositionings, returns — and come back with a firm schedule.

Collection and condition report

Full inspection and condition photos before departure, tie-downs matched to the model. The vehicle leaves in an enclosed or open truck, depending on what it is and what the event calls for.

On the event

Delivery inside the build-up window, placed where it belongs, then repositioned as the schedule runs. A single contact, reachable for the whole run.

The return

Collected at breakdown, inside the slot the organiser gives. Condition checked against the departure photos, then back to the address of your choice — or into our storage until the next date.

  • We replan. The trucks and the crews are ours, so a slot that moves does not mean waiting for a third party to free one up. Tell your contact as soon as you know.

  • When the event calls for it, yes. Otherwise your contact stays reachable for the whole run and comes back for the repositionings and the breakdown.

  • Yes. Enclosed transport — nothing of the vehicle is visible from outside — and a confidentiality agreement on request. Vehicle, route and client stay inside the crew running the mission.

  • Yes, in our secure storage in Brussels — closed building, video surveillance, battery conditioning. It leaves again for the next date without going home in between.
